Notes from the importer - Living Wines:
Most of the grapes are from Claude Ughetto in Provence but the Muscat is from Vincent Lafarge in Roussillon. Each variety was vinified separately with short macerations. The pressed juices were assembled just before bottling. It was bottled with approximately 15g of sugar. It was disgorged by hand in January 2025.
