l’Octavin

After training in Bordeaux and Burgundy, Alice Bouvot returned to the Jura and started Domaine l'Octavin in 2004. She now farms around 5 hectares of Chardonnay, Savagnin, Poulsard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir, with holdings in some of the region’s very best lieux-dits such as En Curon, La Mailloche, Les Nouvelles and Les Corvées.
