Notes from the importer - Living Wines:
The wine is 80% Vermentino, 9% Roussanne, 9% Marsanne, and 2% Muscat à Petits Grains. It is mostly sourced from Claude Ughetto in Provence but the Muscat is from Vincent Lafarge in Roussillon. The grapes were directly pressed (each variety separately) and the juices were assembled just before bottling. It was bottled with approximately 15g of sugar. It was disgorged by hand in December 2024.
