Pinot Noir from a less than 4 acre vineyard just South-East of Mt Gambier.
The block is made of deep sand & volcanic soil, with a north facing aspect. We made 6 barrels from this block last year, & our 3 favourite barrels went into this wine. Mostly destemmed (about 10% was whole bunch), with about 40% of the final blend being on skins for 90 days. Blended & racked into tank the last week of Jan '23, & bottled one month later.
