Notes from the Yetti:
100% Sauvignon Blanc from Eden Valley. We selected our best barrels to make a small blend. Beach is born again. Complex, refined but still respectful to it’s Sauvignon Blanc. This wine is loaded with freshly cut apples, almonds, peaches and herbs to round it all off.
