Ridiculous notes from Dave who makes the wine:
A blend of sauvignon blanc and Semillon. 100% Yeah from Koop creek vineyard in Springton, Eden Valley. Hand harvested, Fermented dry on skins and aged in stockinger oak for 12 months. after 6 months in tank before bottling. Laid to rest for another 6 months in bottle and here we are. Gentle, fruit/spice complex, silky tannins, gentle herbaceous touch. Like Cote roti / aussie style.
