Xiao Pu Gathering MV6

Gathering is the first wine released by Xiao Pu. It was originally a blend mainly composed of Cabernet Sauvignon. However, as our grape procurement increased and we became more familiar with Ningxia, we were able to purchase a greater variety of grapes and gradually found the style we wanted to cultivate. Gathering represents a style that lies between Northern Rhone and Beaujolais. It has rich red fruit flavours balanced by fresh acidity, with hints of southern French herbs and olive, and gardenia flower.
