Chinese orange wine - notes from the makers:
35% Chardonnay, 35% Welschriesling, 20% Vigonier, 5% Petit Manseng, 3% Gewürztraminer, 2% Muscat Blanc from Ningxia. Fermented with indigenous yeasts on skins for 30 days, aged in old oak for 8 months. Small portion of 2023 Yunnan Chardonnay added for acidity and lift. Dried orange peel, kumquat, Oolong tea on the nose, with a floral jasmine-lychee brightness.
