Wildflower Hive: Post Brood Blend #11

Notes from Wildflower.
Familiar Blue Mountains polyflora aromas of pine needles and fresh resin with pollen high notes. This blend smells super fresh, akin to when we receive the honeywax and first open the pail… with the stickier, darker notes there but accentuated by lighter more floral overtones. The palate is dry and moreish. A full body for this blend not showcasing a large acid profile, instead a long finish with the Hive trademark apparent sweetness. Bottled in July 2024 and conditioned for 9 months before release.
