50/50 Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
From Lobethal, Adelaide Hills & Williamstown, Barossa Valley. Both whole bunch pressed, fermented separately in stainless steel & blended in winter. Bottled in light & blossoms of spring. Super fresh with a nice little weight to it.
