Whip Wines 2024 Rosé Wine

A 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Shiraz.
Fruit from Williamstown, Barossa Valley. Both grape varieties picked on the same day and pressed together, fermented in stainless steel tank and racked once. Settled in winter. Bottled in spring for your delight. Nice energy and a hint of baked spices.
