Valli Unite was born in 1981 as certified organic cooperative of work in Costa Vescovato, in the southern-east part of Piedmont region.
Favorita — the local biotype of Vermentino — macerated 7 days on skins before pressing and finishing fermentation in stainless steel. Bright, citrus-led and fresh, reflecting the cooler, rainy season.
