2024 (even though it says 2023 in the label, oops - I don’t mind if you leave that bit out). The power of the wind! Linka is sassy, headstrong, logical, and loves birds. Linka the wine is Shiraz from Rosnay in Wiradjuri, fermented for two weeks on skins in Gadigal, before being pressed to old barrels and bottled later on. She is a medium light red wine, lifted and easy, lots of yum flavours from your local Persian supermarket. Knock on a little wind chill. Bohze Moy.
