Tribute 2023 Nebbiolo

Notes from the maker:
Nebbiolo from the Tumblong Hills vineyard in Gundagai, harvested Feb 2023. Managed by gentle pump over or pigéage, and pressed off skins one week later. Bottled in February 2025.  Left in bottle for 9 months. Minimal intervention, no preservatives, sulphites only on the cork when bottling. Very plush on the palate with smoothed tannins; it can be chilled. An elegant wine.
