Notes from Table Wines themselves - a blend of Vermentino and Fernao Pires..:
Our second crack at our becoming-famous Fish in a Tin Vermentino. What changed? It’s skinsy...er. We let it sit on skins for 16 days before pressing to a mix of steel and aged french oak. And we co-fermented it with a Portuguese grape named Fernao Pires!
