Sylvain Cathiard 2021 Bourgogne Aligoté

Domaine Sylvain Cathiard & Fils is a family-owned wine producer based in the village of Vosne-Romanée.
The boutique estate covers approximately five hectares of vines spread between Vosne-Romanée, Nuit-Saint-Georges and Chambolle-Musigny, including a very small plot in Romanée-Saint-Vivant. This 2021 Bourgogne Aligoté is a medium-bodied wine, with spot-on acidity and notes of citrus fruit, green apples and a hint of white pepper.
