Zibibbo (60%) - destemmed and 2 weeks on skins. Macabeo (40%) - 5 days skins. Maturation for 8 months in hogshead barrels. Wild fermented, unfiltered, minimal sulphur at bottling. Zesty and tropical. Frosty fruit, pineapple, white peach, dried apricot, lychee and musk.
