Organic vines planted in 1993. 100% Grenache - handpicked. 25% whole bunch / 75% destemmed. Hand plunged twice daily during fermentation. 8 days on skins before pressed. Maturation in 2 x old French hogsheads (300L barrels) for 12 months. Wild fermented, unfiltered, minimal sulphur at bottling. Light, bright and spicy expression of Barossan Grenache. Sour cherry and chocolate, redskin, cinnamon, rosemary, cola.
