Source of the Nile 2025 Felucca Sangiovese Rosato

Fun and new Aussie wines:
Langhorne Creek on the banks of Lake Alexandrina. In transition to organic viticulture. Direct pressed and 1/2 tank ferment & 1/2 barrel fermented. Maturation 1/2 old French oak hogshead and 1/2 stainless steel tank. Wild fermented, unfiltered, minimal sulphur at bottling. Dry, Savoury and textural rosé with a little of that characteristic Sangiovese earthiness. Raspberry, strawberries yoghurt, watermelon, pomegranate, rhubarb.
