This wine is made from 100% Yellow Flower Sticky Rice (Nếp Cái Hoa Vàng), a variety prized for its aroma. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for up to 4 years in a mixture of oak and terracotta amphorae (Chum Rượu). A traditional-method sparkling wine with a savoury and nutty character. Green mango, yuzu acidity, toasted cashews, funky washed-rind cheese, and sometimes a hint of savoury chicken broth. 8.7% ABV.
