Sông Cái Distillery Aromatised Rice Wine

Rice wine made with Yellow Flower Sticky Rice, which is halfway between white and brown rice. 12 different native medicinal botanicals, including ginger and ginseng, were added to aromatise the wine. Matured for 6 months in a traditional clay amphora.
