Sextant Julien Altaber 2023 Bourgogne Aligoté

This wine is made from a 60 year old plot of Aligoté vines in the commune of Fley in the Côte Chalonnaise owned by Fanny et Damien Gressard.
The soil is clay and limestone and the exposition south-west. The grapes were directly-pressed and then put in barrels for fermentation and aging. It aged on its lees for 8 months prior to bottling.
