Sassara 2020 Garbo Fizz

I can't believe we finally have a wine with garbo on the label.
One of my dad's first jobs was being a garbo for the local council. Good times. Did you ever leave a carton of beer out for them at Christmas? Good gig. This particular Garbo is all crisp citrus with some nice herbs sitting over the top. Good fizz.
