Saison White Flowers Vermouth

Multiple white flower varieties lend their aromatic qualities to this sweet bianco style vermouth. It’s our humble stab at capturing the fleeting feeling of a warm day in summer. Think fresh jasmine, elderflower, white rose and chrysanthemum blossoms all either wild picked or organically farmed for us. Added is an infusion of white peaches grown on the outskirts of Melbourne. All blended into Victorian moscato and frontignac base wines, bittered with fresh wormwood and aged in stainless.
