The berry is harvested by hand and air dried to perfection. This rare spice is then ground and blended with Australian capsicum flakes, Kalonji seed and paprika. The result is a perfectly balanced savoury seasoning blend , with subtle notes of pepper and smoke. Incredibly tasty. Some might even say addictive.
