Rosnay 2025 Vin de Garage White

Notes from Rosnay on this Vermentino, Chardonnay, Semillon:
This, our first white “triple blend” of the three white grapes that we grow at Rosnay, is a delicious wine. The grapes were left to ripen on the vine longer than normal, and then they were hand picked and left to chill in the cool room for a few days. Once opened up six months later we were delighted to taste a lovely, aromatic, fruity, and silky wine with very soft acidity. The wine was racked to steel tank and allowed to settle for a month before bottling under cork without filtration or sulfites.
