Old Semillon vines. Harvested in early March 2025, gently pressed and naturally fermented in new oak for 6 weeks before aging in stainless steel for 6 months. Our favourite white for drinking in the sun. Its rich and dry with citrus and grass aromas and toasty honey notes from the oak.
