Rosa Glen Farm 2025 Henry Lee Gamay

Notes from the Glen:
Henry Lee picked in early March 2025 - Yes this year and bottled in the first week of July. Made in classic beaujolais style, fermented on skins for 10 days, followed by 3 months elevage in combination of old oak and stainless steel. This wine is to be drunk now and not pondered over.
