Roots 2023 Lambrusco

Roots Winemaking is a collaborative project born from the passion of two mates, driven by a shared love for expressive, lo-fi wines.
Sourcing fruit from some of the finest vineyards across South Australia and Victoria, Roots embraces minimal intervention techniques to craft wines that are vibrant, characterful, and full of life. Vibrant and lightly sparkling, this Lambrusco bursts with wild berries, black cherry, and violets, layered with earthy spice. The palate is juicy and fresh, with ripe red and black fruits, a hint of blood orange, and a savory edge. Fine bubbles and balanced acidity give way to a smooth, off-dry finish.
