Spicy Syrah with a Muscat lift. Red wine built to chill, with an underlying white wine energy. De-stemmed red fruit with whites stomped underfoot. An iconic Blewitt Springs site in McLaren Vale. Born after one of those ‘wow’ moments you often have with wine from, say, Southern French heroes. Deep garnet and a pretty floral lift. Moody and quenching all at once.
