Syrah planted at the winery door, basically in the shed. Organically grown, picked by hand, turned straight into wine - no ceremony. Zero oak just red fruits, plum skins, wild herbs, and a line of brightness. Deep but lean, savoury, cool-blooded, all wire and nerve. Goes down too easily. No flex. No gloss. A flick of whole bunch for lift, not theatre.
