A true Pet Nat (not this dosed-wine business) made from the best of the best Heathcote Vermentino fruit. A follow on from our 2024 GLOSS. Nothing fancy done here, just picked, pressed and bottled at the exact right time with no additions whatsoever along the way. Honey, lime and Pink Lady Apples on the nose with flavours of lemon crisp biccies and fresh grapefruit on the palate. SUNTANNED COUSIN is a wildly serious wine.
