Notes from team Pool:
Our new rosy/red pet nat is here and ripe for the drinking. Very similar to our wine BALLOON from last year, it's direct pressed Shiraz from Bridgewater. It's red rosy colour opens up to candied red fruit, sweet curd and panettone on the nose before a refreshingly matcha-esque finish of currants and summer stone fruits.
