Notes from POOL:
The self-proclaimed Wine Of Spring, 'VERDE'. Our (piss)take on vinho verde, it's picked and bottled early to get that fresh, saline goodness. Pairs well with all things oceanic - oysters mignonette, beachside fish and chips, pasta alle vongole, Chappys dill pickle chips (not oceanic but brine-adjacent). Its affordable, light, refreshing and it has a bright green label, c'mon.. 100% Semillon.
