This wine is completely free of any preservative...
Lightly salty and oceanic. Lime tart and pink grapefruit. It leaves you with 'wet mouth' that feeling of wanting another mouthful. The good 'wet mouth' not the bad one. This one has the same Vermentino used before in GOLD and HYPERGOLD, and it has some little notes of those ancestors in there for anyone who can remember them.
