Direct pressed Riesling from Oxley that has come together into something that walks the line between savoury and mineral-focused. Extended ageing on full lees has resulted in the wine having a complex reduction which excitingly transforms as the wine opens up. Perfect for the esky, going to be a big go-to this summer.
