Fabbrica x Four Pillars Pomodoro Sauce (500g)

Sydney pasta royalty, Fabbrica have taken Four Pillars' Olive Leaf Gin and spent botanicals like juniper, coriander and cardamom, and combined them with fresh tomatoes, onion and garlic to create a super rich, gin-spiked tomato sauce.
Stir it through your favourite pasta with a knob of butter and finish it off with some shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano. Bellissimo.
