Ori Marani NV Laora

A blend of Chinuri from Kartli and Tstitska, Chkhaveri and Aladasturi from Imereti.
Qvevri and old French barrel. 5g/l dosage. 15 months on lees. Natural Yeasts, unfined, unfiltered. 2 x 5ppm SO2. 90% Base 2020, 10% Reserve Perpetuel EXTRA BRUT 4g, 4.5 bar pressure. Very pale salmon, clear. Peanut shell, musk sticks, curry leaf, white cherry. A sign of this release with the softness and gentleness in the mousse profile, there’s hints of bitterness which counter play the sweet cherry flavours, really great phenolic grip and tension on the palate.
