Ohkela Wines 2023 Lou Skin Contact White

Notes from Ohkela:
100% Exceptional Semillon from L’enclos du Tertre Vineyard in Frankland River. 5 days carbonic maceration, with an additional 2 days of hand-plunging 5 times a day, pressed straight to stainless steel where wild primary and secondary fermentation took place. Spent 8 months in stainless steel before bottling. Has a stupidly lovely buttercup yellow colour reminiscent of a 20 year old Hunter Valley Semillon even though it’s literally only 2 years old!
