Absolute madness.
Riesling 45%, Pinot Gris 45%, Sylvaner 10% all grapes are hand-harvested and sorted by plot, then pressed directly. The Sylvaner is then macerated for 14 days as whole bunches (natural carbonic maceration). The grapes are aged for 19 months in stainless steel, fiberglass, and wood.
