Manuela and Gaia from Midia are one of the producers restoring the historic pre-British vineyards of Marsala and returning to a tradition of excellent, spicy, salty, dry tables wines from Grillo among other varieties.
100% Grillo from limestone and sand. 48h skin contact, fermented and aged in steel. Freshness and saline minerality reflecting the soils, the wind and the proximity to the sea. 12% ABV.
