Mewstone 2017 Sauvignon Blanc

Mewstone vineyard lies on 600m of ocean frontage rolling into the D'Entrecasteaux Channel.
The maritime climate balances the cool southerly latitude to yield grapes with intense flavours and great natural acidity. These grapes were hand picked and whole bunch pressed to seasoned French oak. All naturally fermented and aged on lees. Outstanding SB.
