Margan 2025 Ceres Hill Chardonnay

Notes from Margan:
We planted this block in 1990 on our Ceres Hill Vineyard with the help of parents and hinderance of small children. These vines are now mature and have their own unique ‘personalities’, quite like our children so we bottle this Chardonnay separately to celebrate the difference. The wine has a delicate aromatic profile with pristine fruit notes of white peach, green pear & grapefruit. The palate is complex, with citrus, stone fruits, nuts and dry, oyster shell minerality. The finish is long and linear with bright acidity.
