From a biodynamic vineyard, managed with minimum interventions. Barbarossa is Riesling, Garganega, Trebbiano, Glera. Fermented wine with indigenous yeasts, in cement tanks; aged for 12 months in steel tanks and bottled unfiltered with a small addition of sulfur.
