Manon Farm 2023 Pino

Notes from Manon:
Pinot Noir from a single site situated further south on the same eastern hillside as Juno. This parcel is exposed further still to the tempering influence of tall forest trees and cool ocean winds. The growing season perfect for producing savoury Pinot Noir. A combination of whole bunches and de-stemmed grapes, macerated gently for 2 weeks before elevage in old barrels for a year. 480 bottles produced. Forest floor and wild black berries. Poised with fine grainy tannins, sappy red fruit and a saline wisp. Structured and elegant, this is a red wine that displays the evolution of Manon farm.
