Manon Farm 2023 Juno

Notes from Manon:
A blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, the vines adjacent to one another on an eastern facing steep slope with little topsoil over clay, siltstone and exposed quartz seams. Foot crushed and slowly pressed followed by elevage in terracotta egg. 600 bottles produced. Soft herbs and flint give way to citrus pith and a squirt of fresh lemonade fruit. Crystalline and pure, the fruit fans out and herbaceous notes roll. A shape shifter from a cool vintage that opens beautifully.
