Millie and Rojer make their wines in the Hunter Valley from fruit handpicked in NSW and VIC, with a focus on grape varietals used in Sicily.
Notes from them - Inzolia is a rare native white variety predominantly grown in Sicily. It produces wines with a unique flavor profile characterized by citrus blossom, almond, chamomile, and subtle stone fruit like peach or apricot. Our Inzolia fruit was hand picked from the Murray Darling region of Victoria and lovingly pressed and made on Wonnarua Country, in the Hunter Valley region of NSW. Medium body, herbal with a mineral backbone.
