l'Octavin 2022 Ganache

Grenache from a parcel farmed by Claude Ughetto in the Vaucluse, fermented as whole bunches for a month before being pressed to cuve for a short rest.
Though light in colour and low in alcohol, it is full of character, pairing sun-kissed fruit and Provençal herbs to brilliant effect. A wine that would best be enjoyed chilled out in the sunshine, ideally alongside some pissaladière. Tutto Wines
