l'Octavin 2022 Cariboom

Notes from the importer - Living Wines:
Cariboom is made with grapes from Claude Ughetto (Saint-Pierre-de-Vassols, Provence). Whole bunches of Grenache were macerated in a bath of directly-pressed Carignan for 20 days. After pressing the wine was aged in tanks. It was bottled in May 2023. Certified organic.
