Les Vignerons d'Éstezargues 2022 Taparas Côtes du Rhône Rouge

Les Vignerons d'Éstezargues are a cave cooperative from the Languedoc Region of Southern France, composed of 12 vignerons.
They have rejected conventional winemaking practices to create wines using only indigenous yeasts, without enzymes or sulfites at harvest or in the bottle and without fining or filtering. Organic Grenache (50%), Syrah (30%) and Carignan (20%). This is a lush and delicious blend with Grenache adding the ripe red fruit, Syrah bringing black fruit and peppery spice, and Carignan adding the structure.
